Lena Sesana, the Dis-Chem Raslouw Frontline Supervisor who has been with Dis-Chem since November 2002 shared her journey with us.
The Raslouw team had a huge celebration for her the day before the interview, to show her how much they appreciate her and all the work she has put in over the last 2 decades! We got to speak to her as she detailed her journey with us here at Dis-Chem, how the business has developed her into the person she is and what keeps her motivated.
