We spoke to Busisiwe Mkhawana (Dis-Chem Tshwane Admin Manager) about her Propelling Forward feauture in the July/August newsletter. We profiled some inspirational individuals from Gauteng who have grown from strength to strength within the Dis-Chem company including Busisiwe. She spoke to us about how she had not expected to grow this much in the Group and how she keeps other staff members encouraged and how she assists them on a daily basis.
